[Support request] GP Premium won't download to my computer

Downloading the latest from your site is taking FOREVER and doesn’t fully download so I can upload to my local site. What to do? local site – starter site for a blueprint on desktop server. It is called starter.dev.cc – your form won’t take that so I put in my own site – which is not a GP site.

That gave me a .php file. And the download I tried 3 hours ago is still not complete. What’s your next idea?
