GP Premium will not activate after entering Licence Key

Hi there,

Sounds like you're trying to activate the license key - that's only so you get updates through your Dashboard. So you can already use the actual plugin settings.

However, updates through the Dashboard are good to have. Are you getting a specific error when you enter your license key and hit Update?

When I type the licence key into Appearance > GeneratePress > Customize > Updates and hit the Update key it says:

GP Premium 1.3.1 - Not activated

How do I get updates through the Dashboard?

You should just have to paste the license key from your account into that field.

When you hit the Update button, there should be a message at the top of the page. It should either say your key has been activated, or it should give you a red message telling you why it wasn't activated. Are you not seeing any messages?

I have put the license key from my account into that field.

It just says - GP Premium 1.3.1 – Not activated.

'Not activated' is in red text. It just sits there and won't update after I hit the Update button

I was able to use the license key you provided to activate the updates for you.

You should see Activated in Appearance > GeneratePress now :)
