Hi,

when will we get an update for WordPress 6.0.1?

Kind regards
Jens

Hi there,

what issue are you having ? Everyone of my sites is running on 6.0.1

Hi David,

I found in my log-file this message.
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$version
install.php and plugins.php
I'm not sure if that's from your plugin.
Wordpress shows me that your plugin is not released for the version 6.0.1.

GP Premium definitely works with WP 6.0.1. We have not received any other reports on this.

Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium?

I use GeneratePress (premium) with GoDaddy's CoBlocks plug in. It started with my getting an error message saying the CoBlocks were incompatible. Tried Deactivating GP Premium but that had no effect. I eventually deleted the CoBlocks plugin and now my interface is different.

Paragraph blocks work fine but column blocks do not work. Haven't tested the others. The weird thing is that I can see the columns (they contain images) within the editor, but they are not visible on the site itself. So, I finally had to go back and do the columns with shortcode. So the shortcode block IS working (after I figured out how to use my shortcode plugin -Shortcodes Ultimate- with it).

I am using a child-theme on MY site (not the client site) that I created using Child Theme Configurator (probably don't really need it). Wondering if that could be the problem. There's really nothing in the site that requires a child theme but I don't want to have to redo all my customizations if I remove it.

All my WooCommerce product pages look fine. I have a WooCommerce blocks plugin installed. I have another (client's) website using GPPremium (never had CoBlocks) and it's fine. It doesn't have woocommerce.

Hi Alicia,

A good way to check if your customized Child Theme is causing this is to try using the Official parent GP theme temporarily.

As mentioned by Leo, it would also be good to try # here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It would be best to take a back up of your site before doing any of these.

Thanks Fernando. I will try the suggestions and see what happens.

Just wanted to update. I switched over to the Generate Press native theme... all looked the same but the columns were still shortcoded in. Switched back to my child theme (which, like I said, is probably unnecessary) and attempted to create columns using the columns block. CoBlocks was deleted yesterday. I do have WooCommerce Blocks plugin installed but the page I'm editing is not a product page.

I didn't want to turn off my WooCommerce or Printful plugins because of the hassle involved.

So I created a columns block using the Gutenburg column block that I still have (taking for granted it is native to Gutenburg blocks). Yesterday you could not see the columns content on the live website. TODAY...works fine. So the only thing I can suggest is that things had to cycle through on GoDaddy's server. I had contacted GoDaddy tech support when this first occured and the agent had seen my interface with the columns visible and the live website with them invisible. I knew he wouldn't be able to help me but wanted to see if they were aware of others having the problem.

I dunno. Sometimes I think I'm just holding my mouth wrong. I'll leave the CoBlocks plugin off and manage.

Thanks for your responses.

I see. Glad it’s resolved now! You’re welcome Alicia!
