Hi, i have tried many times but the GP premium plugin doesnt update when i try the update from wordpress dashboard… can anyone help on this?

Are you getting any specific errors?
no errors, i also tried to do it manually, doesnt update
do i have to deactivate the plugin and manually upload the zip file?
