GP premium renewal

You sent me a request to renew my GP premium at a discount but do I have to re-install the plug-in? I'm confused

No, the renewal will just renew your license key. No need to re-install anything.

So Tom, just to be clear, I also just finalized my renewal. Does this mean I don't need to do anything - it's renewed automatically? Because when I tried to install using the zip file it told me I was missing some files.

Hi there,
thats correct - you don't need to do anything - your existing plugin install will receive carry on receiving updates when they are available.
