gp premium plugin settings

I Uploaded the theme and plugin as advised. At first, my web vitals scores were good. But then I uploaded a large-sized logo, which then messed up lcp and speed index score. I deleted the logo but the scores were bad still. So, I deleted the plugin and changed the theme, then emptied the cache. Then reinstalled the generate press theme and gp premium plugin. The plugin came back with the old configuration. I suspect that the plugin with the old settings prevented the lcp and speed index to turn green and stayed orange.
Pls help me solve this problem

i just tested the site you provided a link to and i cannot see the LCP issues - the LCP scores are in the Green for both mobile and desktop.

both lcp and speed index are orange for mobile and just speed index is orange for desktop. pls find the screenshot below.
