GP Premium plugin not updating

Hi there,
We have our GP Premium license key placed in the 'Updates' window and the 'Receiving updates' text is green.
However, when we try to update to the latest version of the plugin, it says 'Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized'. Do you know what might be causing this? We haven't changed anything on our server recently.
Current version: Version 1.9.1
Version we're trying to update to: View version 1.10.0

below the License Key field can you try clicking the Save Button a couple of times then try to update.
