GP Premium - not all add-ons will activate

Installed GP Premium per instructions. Activated email & enabled updates. All add-ons will activate except four: Page Header, Copyright, Blog, and Spacing. Those four will not activate, no matter how many times I click on them.
Deactivated, deleted, clicked purge varnish, and reinstalled—hoping to install fresh. However, navigating to Appearance | GeneratePress revealed that the add-ons were in the same state of activation/deactivation as they were before I "deleted" them.
Thanks for any help. Feeling buyer's remorse.

This was a server issue. "Memcache" was restarted on the server and the issue went away.
