GP Premium - not able to upload new pictures to my website

Hi,
after renewing my GeneratePress Premium subscription (last week), I am not able to upload new pictures to my website.

– I can use only the pics I uploaded before the premium renewal
– no settings were changed
– using Elementor

Hi there,

the first thing to do is to temporarily disable all plugins and see if you can upload images. If that resolves the issue then re-enable them one by one to find out which one is conflicting.

thanks.... for some unknown reason I could now upload the picture ... no idea why it now worked
