gp premium key error

When I save key in gp premium pluging in wordpress error showing 'cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds'
I also contact hosting provider he says "I did make a few tests, but the error persists. This is a known issue
when using the theme, but as there are not many plugins to disable I was
not able to update the info, but I found the recommendation directly from
generatepress, please click here to check their recommendations (start
on "Manually Updating/easy way" as it recommends a plugin for to be able
to update"
what do I do? Help me

Nope not at all.
You'd just have to do this for every update - we try to keep the numbers of updates to a minimum so you won't have to do this often.
