GP Premium Installation Issue Go Daddy

Hello Team,
We are building a new website. Our domain and hosting are with GoDaddy. I just have Elementor Free plugin activated. Have GP free activated and when I tried to upload GP premium in Plugin, I get 500 internal server error. So when I deactivate the GP premium from my plugin through FTP. I can access my wordpress dashboard. What could be the issue?

Can you check your error_log file on your server? What's the latest error?
