GP-Premium Headers

Hi, support team
I have a question,
I understood from a previous query that if I’m using a GP-Premium Header with its “Merge with site header” option, I have to provide some padding to assign the height of my featured image (for a post) to have it displayed.
But what if the featured images of my posts are of various sizes. Should I create a GP-Premium Header for each of them?
Or did I overlook something? (Maybe a silly question but I’m a WP newbie…)

Hi there, yes that is correct, the padding (+ whatever content you add) will define the size of the page header. The featured images are background images set to cover, so they will alway fill the container, although in some instances it will crop some of the image.
Personally, it is advisable to maintain a standard size for featured images, they also look better on the Blog post article images =)
