    Every time I activate the premium plugin my site crashes.

    can you explain a little more re: crashing?
    Do you get any errors being displayed?

    Hi; I am having this exact problem. When I install GP 2.4.1 theme through WP Themes it installs fine and all is well. Then, when I attempt to add the gp-premium 1.9.1 through the plug-in menu, it takes forever and then crashes the site. The only way I can get it to return is to log into Plesk and remove the GP theme and start over completely from scratch. I don’t even get to the activate option, it just doesn’t install. I d/l the premium zip file again, just in case it was corrupt. There is no error, displayed, WP doesn’t load and I’m seeing a white screen as though the site is offline. I did this 3 times before checking support and for whateer reason, I didn’t think to create a screen shot of the result.

    Please advise where the error_log would be located? Is it easy to read or will I have to u/l it here?

    Best to speak with your host as the Logs folder can differ depending on how the server is configured.
