Keith
I’m using the current version of the browsers mentioned below, GP Premium, and the GeneratePress theme. I work in Firefox, and the form (Contact Us) looks fine there in Firefox but the form goes away at some random time, a few minutes to a few hours later. Rarely does the form ever show in Chrome or Edge, just a blank page. I went through deactivating all the plugins, except the form plugin, and then activated the other plugins one by one. Deactivation of GP Premium fixes the problem in all the browsers. Then I went back and re-activated GP Premium as a test and the form disappeared again. I purchased a lifetime GP license, so I would really like to use GP. This problem happens using either Ninja Forms or Forminator. Any ideas or suggestions? If you want any further information please let me know. GP Premium is currently deactivated, but I can re-activate it, if needed.
Thanks in advance,
Keith Brenneman

StaffCustomer SupportHi Keith,
I can’t see how GP Premium could cause a conflict like this – we’ve never had other reports on this and Ninja forms is quite popular.
Can you please disable all plugins except GP Premium and Ninja Forms for us to take a look?

StaffCustomer SupportLeo,
Thanks for the suggestion. What I found was that GP Premium and the SiteGround Optimizer are mutually exclusive. If those two plugins are both Active at the same time the Contact Us form doesn’t work on Chrome or Edge. CRAZY!
I’ve tried turning off the caching for just the Contact Us page, but that didn’t resolve the problem. I will send this to SiteGround’s support and see if they have any suggestions. Is there anything that can be done on your end to fix this or anything I can forward to SiteGround from your experience that might help them find a fix?
Thanks,
Keith BrennemanThere isn’t anything (that I’m aware of) in GP Premium that can cause this conflict.
Can you check with SG’s support team first?
Please make sure to reply here in the forum topic and not through e-mail.
Thank you!
