[Resolved] GP Premium causes Borlabs Cookie to fail

Hi,
as in the title, GP Premium causes Borlabs to fail.
When clicking the cookie box the following error is in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'parentNode')
at b (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2:880)
at He (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2:48376)
at s.fn.init.append (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2:49727)
at V (borlabs-cookie.min.js?ver=2.2.59:1:13917)
at N (borlabs-cookie.min.js?ver=2.2.59:1:10153)
at HTMLAnchorElement. (borlabs-cookie.min.js?ver=2.2.59:1:22083)
at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2:43064)
at y.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2:41048)

It is working fine when GP premium is disabled.
How can I fix this?

I put the staging in private information

Are you using GP Elements to add any code or other content to your site ?

yes, my bad. The error was a conflict in code I put in an element
