GP Premium: 2.0.2 Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

Sadly to say does not work.
I have GP Theme version 3.0.3
and still appears to have GP Premium (my old version Version 1.10.0) Can not upgrade GP Premium to 2.0.2
I follow the link and all licence key futures and saves and no changes.
What is next?

Miracle happened!!! Wow!
I just visit my site and clicked on Plug Ins and appears GP Premium update available.
I clicked UPDATE and this time all went smooth.
I got finally version 2.0.2
