GP Premium 2.0.0-alpha.2 and Toolset compatibility

just let you want to know: i tried 2.0.0-alpha.2 with Toolset and found some weired problems. I can´t describe it well, but obviously in some circumstances an interaction-conflict with their content-templates occured.

Which parts of 2.0.0 are conflicting, exactly?
