GP not letting me replace and upload logo

I'm trying to replace the existing logo file (Natural Size: 512 x 315 px) with a smaller compressed version that matches the maximum size of 264 x 170 px. But when i upload in GP's site identity and check in Google inspect nothing changes.

Anyone help?

Which logo did you try to replace?
