GP Menu Plus missing customization options

I notice there are some options shown in the tutorial video for Menu Plus that are not appearing on my site, even after I've upgraded to all latest versions. The customization is missing any options for sticky navigation or slideout navigation as shown in the video.
I also noticed that the "Navigation Position" option shown in the video appears in my customization panel as "Navigation Location." Additionally, I have some extra options (sliders for menu item width and height, and additional width/height dropdowns), but I assume those are from one of the other add-on plugins I have active.

Some of the options were re-organized since the video was made but they should all be available still.
Both Sticky Navigation and Slide-out Navigation options should be in Customizer > Layout panel
