GP [I think] is causing issue

I run a little Amazon affiliate site [based on phpzon app]. Just updated to latest version of GP and products now not showing. To check, I switched over to WP 2015 default theme and all the products appeared immediately as normal.

Any ideas please? Thank you.

Can you link me to the page? GP shouldn't have any say in what content shows or not.

I have installed an older version of GP I had on file and still no luck displaying items with it. I've flushed my cache... any suggestions appreciated. I'll try a couple of other themes.

Tried now with two more themes:
1) "Kodok" - did not work
2) "Carmela" - DOES work

Any suggestions appreciated please. Thank you.

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for there.

If it's not working consistently through themes, there's most likely something wrong with the plugin you're using.

I am seeing products, they're just not in columns.

I'm also seeing a javascript error in the dev console.

OK...thanks I'll have to take a deeper look...thanks for taking a look anyway.

What's missing? Just looks like a regular archives page to me, nothing out of the ordinary.

Hi Tom,

I've spoken with the Amazon content tool developer [phpzon] and he got me to run a little test, as follows:

Viewing the page source:
WP Default 2016 Theme - phpzon content IS there
GP Theme - phpzon content is NOT there

He also suggested I look for any "rogue css" I might have added, but there isn't any, as I've added very little and removed it, to test and still no luck.

Any suggestions please, for addressing a possible conflict between short-code and the theme?

Thank you.

Regards,
Robert

going to take a look at the theme functions.php see if something in there is the issue! will update you.

Can you show me a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like vs what it looks like in GP?

Sure - I've got the support email, so I'll send through a couple of screenshots. Thank you.

Looks like you found it.

Is this a page you're added and embedding this plugin into?

If so, it looks like one of your categories has the same URL. Try finding the category with that name and changing the slug (permalink) to something else temporarily.

Or, change the URL of the product page.

thank you Tom, resolved!...sorry for any grief caused! teach me not to work at 2am in the morning! :(O)

Glad I could help! :)
