GP Hooks - Link external css and js files

Hi all,
is possible to link external .js or .css files (i.e from CDN) in the GP Hooks? If yes, what happen when I update the GeneratePress theme? Do i have to relink them again?

Absolutely - if you add them in GP Hooks, they'll remain there even when you update.
