GP Hooks holding on to old code

Hi Tom,
I just moved my WordPress site from a development location to the root of the site.
All of the entry boxes in GP Hooks are empty, yet it is still trying to display a logo that is pointing at an old directory.
I have:
1) Manually uninstalled GP Hooks and reinstalled it.
2) Emptied my browser cache
3) Tried checking disable hook on all the boxes
And its still doing it. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

Maybe it's the URL set in "Customize > Site Identity"? Try re-uploading it in there.
