GP Customizer not working?

Hi there,

I wanted to change a few things with the GP theme in the customizer, but it is only showing 'Widgets'? Would you know why this is happening?

Hi William,

Are you using the latest versions of WordPress, GeneratePress and GP Premium? If not, can you try updating the them and see if it still occurs?

If it does still occur, can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium? To check if the issue is a plugin conflict. :)

Hello,

Thanks for that! I found the issue to be Advanced Custom Field Pro - none of the fields I've highlighted, the plugin itself.

What should I do in this situation?

Have you checked with ACF's plugin support team first?

Does this issue happen with a Twenty series WP theme?

Not yet, I assume with plugins conflicting with GP, the first port is to go to them rather than GP? If so, sorry for opening this up.

The first step to debug an issue like this is always to activate a Twenty series WP theme to see if the issue occurs there as well :)
