GP 3 Sidebar Widget Padding

GP3 set to One Container & Text Alignment...

When the post title is disabled, or a header element is active displaying the post title, the sidebar does not align horizontally with article text. Top padding for sidebar widgets has to be reduced from 40 to zero to have alignment.

Mobile
Container padding set to 20px right and left for mobile, sidebar padding left and right has to be reduced from X to zero to have alignment. Footer widget padding can match container and will align vertically, sidebar widgets do not.

Is this expected behaviour?
