GP 3.0 minor heading css issue

Just upgraded dev site to GP 3.0 alpha 2
My existing H4 heading changed to font-size 23px (prev 17px)
In customizer my H4 has no specific font-size set so it was inheriting body size which is 17px.
Now it is set to 23px from generatepress all.min.css
Easy for me to fix by going into customizer and choosing 17px for H4 heading, but just a heads that GP 3.0 changed things
