GP 1.11.0, How do generate external CSS file?

Hey Team,
I just updated to GP Premium 1.11.0 on one of my sites. How do I generate the external CSS? I do not see any options in GP Premium for it. I looked at the customizer and it is not also there.
I already cleared cache. I am using a GeneratePress child theme downloaded from this site. I have Asset Cleanup Pro and WPRocket. I am using Kinsta with their CDN on.
