Google Search Console errors related to generatepress and generateblocks

I keep getting these errors in Google Search Console
Mobile Usability
Text too small to read
Clickable elements too close together
Viewport not set
and it only refers to these two folder, these are the errors it gives when I try to validate my fix, I tried excluding Googlebot from crawling these folders and still doesnt work (by the way is it bad for SEO or performance if I exclude these two folders from Googlebot crawl?)
Cannot continue validation process
Affected pages were found. Fix the issue and run validation again

Hi George,
I'm getting "URL is not available to Google" when I test your site on Google's Mobile-friendly test. Are you getting the same thing currently?

looks like robots.txt blocking those two folders might be working now
do you know if it will affect the SEO and performance of the site, especially for this theme, if Googlebot is prevented from crawling these two folders?
I'm not sure about this but it's likely that it will affect SEO Google-wise.
