The image in your search console is the site being loaded without any styles. There are various reasons for this to happen. the two most common are:

1. Stylesheets are blocked by robots.txt
2. The site requires optimization.

I checked the site and neither of them are the issue.

Which leaves it down to Google resources being under pressure when the site was crawled.

It may take a recrawl for the search console to update and reflect the mobile friendly test.
