Google page speed issues

Hi I am getting the following issues. And would look your feedback/solution to them.
1) ...block-library/style.min.css?ff=2&ver=5.7.2&wps=true
2) …css/wp-show-posts-min.css?ff=2&ver=1.1.3&wps=true
3) …css/navigation-branding-flex.min.css?ff=2&ver=2.0.2&wps=true

Does the optimization plugin you use have CSS modification + aggregation function?
If yes, have you tried fully aggregating all the stylesheets into 1 file and see if it improves it?

I am not using any Cache plugin. As I am using Ezoic.

on your PSI report i see those resources under: Preload key requests
And each of them say:
but was not used by the browser. Check that you are using the crossorigin attribute properly.
GP doesn't add preload links to your site - this kinda thing would be added by an Optimization plugin - i suggest you ask Ezoic
