    Hi there,

googles search console sends me constant warnings that the theme I am using (Generate Press) is not mobile-friendly.
    google search console

What can I do with this premium theme, in order to make sure it is in google-eyes 100% mobile-friendly?

Thanks for any advice hints and tips!
    Appreciate it!

    Hi Bernhard,

For issue 2 and 3, check this article:

For issue 1, can you link us to your site?

    Hi Ying,

there are two things I figured out.

    1. If I add the following code to each side, the mobile-friendly warning disappears
    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″>

    2. I also would like to use a Table of Content Plugin
Unfortunately, that’s not part of the premium theme.
So I tried to use Easy Table of content Plugin

When activating the plugin, I am getting the same warning message from google.

Usually Table elements are not very responsive, that seems the issue.

Since it happens when you activate the table plugin, have you contacted the plugin support yet?

yes, I posted that issue within the wordpress plugin support.
Let’s see what they will say.

I checked today the page, and for some reason google fires up the message, that all my posts are not mobile-friendly.

    Text to small to read
    Clickable Elements to close together

I have no clue how to fix that thing.
Any recommendations or guide how to get this thing solved?

Here is also an image how google is rendering the posts and pages

Your post have these massive ads sections which are not responsive at all.

Have you tried reach out to the ads provider?
