Hello,
Recently Google Merchant Center announce that they can crawl all products using structured schema from your woo-commerce store without submitting product feed of the store into google merchant center.
Does GP implements a structured schema for Google Merchant Center product auto crawling?

It's Woocommerce that adds the product schema. Test one of your products here https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/

thats Correct ( thanks Ash ) - the Theme doesn't introduce any schema for Woocommerce.
