[Support request] Google Analytics has started recording my editing data

Strangely, in Behavior->All Pages, GA is now recording the amount of times I’m editing my site, so each time I update the draft I’m editing it’s counting it as a visit. I’ve looked in GA and can’t seem to locate how to instruct it to exclude recording this data.
Wondering if I can do something my end to prevent this?

Hi there,

I’m not sure unfortunately – the theme itself should not interfere with what Google tracks or doesn’t track.

You should see the same behaviour when using a WP Twenty series standard theme.

I’d recommend checking with Google’s support team or post your question in a general WordPress forum like this:
