Google adsense brake my mobile page speed

Hi, i just was acepted in adsense, i put the google script automatic ads in a hook in my header and my speed page in mobile went 98-100 to 54, i tried to find how to optimize it, google Insights shows adsense is bloking my page load in 1960 ms.
I tried too use a single ad after the hook and it´s works the same way, i tried to use asynchronous ads script and it works even worst making a white space before the header.
How can i fix this?
