Google Ads Event Trigger

Hi, I added Google Analytics and the Global Site tag. I also added the Ads event trigger to the respective page but it isnt showing as a conversion on Google Analytics/Ads. Can someone take a look at this for me? I created wp_head hooks to execute this.
