GP grid is not working in template

I created a new page template and the generate press grid is not working on that page. Is there be any scenario where I would have to import the gp styles to my template?
I am working on wamp, so I can't send a link at this time.

No that should be built in with the theme.
Sorry hard to tell without seeing the site. Any chance you can recreate it on a live server?
