[Support request] Global Header Using a Shortcode Slider

Hi

I’ve seen the how to video for a global header but it’s using html to design the header.

I have a global footer and it is in Gutenberg blocks but I can’t remember how I did that…

I really need a new element, global header, that I can build in Gutenberg page editor.
