Global Color Site READ does not work

I installed as Premium-member from the Site-Library READ. Using Customize - Global Color I tried to change red to blue. Nothing happened, nothing changed. As an experiment I installed the sites COACH and REALTOR (used in the video about Customize - Global Color) the button-color changed on the fly - right away. Back to site READ: changing anything had no effect.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
