[Support request] Global Color Palette: HSL support. Gradients

Hi there!

Global Colors is a marvelous enhancement, longed & coveted direction of GP development!
We need more! 😉

Why the palette can’t take HSL / HSLA value (only HEX or RGB / RGBA)?
Even if we can preview the HSL color, the saved one goes away. Bad.

Actually I’m not inclined to give up on defining colors in theme.json. It allows to define various stuff, gradients among others.
Are you going to allow gradients in GeneratePress Customizer?

I dream about the one place where I can define my color variations.

Hi Rafal,

I can confirm that HSLA values aren’t working.

I’m logging a feature request for this. But for now, if you must use HSLA values, the way to go is by adding it through custom CSS.
