In my woocommerce store, at the product view does not work the magnifying glass effect (enlarge) Is it because of using some wrong css?
My site is: https://www.mivestuariolaboral.com

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Hmm I wonder if it’s because the original image size is too small.
Did you happen to add any custom functions that might have disabled it?
If not can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and WooCommerce to eliminate any conflicts?

Thanks I read, but something very strange and curious happens, for example in this product:
ZAPATILLAS TRABAJO DUNLOP FLYING ARROW
The magnifying glass effect does not work only with the first image (the main one) but with the rest of the colors (brown, black, gray shoes …) and all the images are the same size (600X600px)

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Woocommerce is creating a 600px image for the single product image.
On Hover it shows the original Full Size image ie. the one you uploaded to the Media Library. Make sure all your original images are larger then 600px. In the case of your other colors they have an original image size of 1500px. Make sure your first image is also that size.Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

Hi, I would like to add information or report a bug (or both)
When there is only the featured image in a product, if you make hover it is growing out of its container, and when you stop hover it is stuck there on the full size.
I solved this repeating the same picture as the first gallery picture.
Cheers!

Hi, sorry for make you wait,
This is one url with the error: https://www.calzadosromero.com/comprar/calzados-romero-botin-casual-safari-pisamierdas-serraje-forro-borreguillo-para-adulto-unisex/
This is the other one once fixed putting another image: https://www.calzadosromero.com/comprar/paredes-deportivo-sneaker-cordones-y-camara-con-piso-grueso-para-hombre/
I think it could be the plugin “WooCommerce Additional Variation Images”
I hope this issue could help to improve this wonderful theme π

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt looks like something is giving the gallery wrapper a fixed width and height. A plugin you’re using maybe?

Yes, I think it is a plugin, but I cannot stop them, so I fix it adding another picture.
