Getting weird empty space character with GP premium

Hello,
This is a really weird issue.
I am using "Comment Reply Email Notification" plugin to enable mail notification for comments which is working just fine. But I feel there is some conflict with GP premium theme.
I have attached a screenshot where you can see there is an extra space character before "Notify me" due to which the alignment breaks as also highlighted in the screenshot.
Now this happens only when I view the page in the same TAB as of my wordpress admin dashboard. While in incognito this is not seen.
I contacted plugin developer and he confirmed there is no issue from his side.
I used "Troubleshooting" plugin and deactivated all the plugins and themes and then only enabled Generatepress Child (without GP premium) and this issue was not seen
Next I only enabled GP Premium plugin and then I see this behaviour again.
Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi there,
GP or GPP doesn't interfere with the content on your page or that from another plugin. GP doesn't even know the plugin exists.
If its not showing on an incognito browser then this would mean the browser has cached the whitespace ... but GPP would not be adding that. And just to note - i cannot see that whitespace.
