Getting rid of DIV-container at the bottom of every page

Hi
Today, I found a dot below the footer area on every page of my website.
This DIV-container (which I found in the source code) seems to cause the problem:
Previously everything worked pefectly. I haven't installed any new plugins or made any other adjustments which could be related to this issue.
Any ideas why this DIV-countainer appears and how I might be able solve the problem?
Thanks in advance
Henning
Hi there,
I'm not seeing anything unusual at the bottom of the page below copyright: https://s18.postimg.org/80cohh5wp/2018-01-12_0846.png
Have you fixed this?
That's strange. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to solve it yet.

Firefox, Safari & IE all display the dot.
Hmm weird. I only see it on IE. Don't think it's caused by GP.
Can you try #1 here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
I don't know why, but the problem magically disappeared. Very strange.
Anyways, thanks for your fast reply & your suggestions.
No problem at all :)
