In Media > Library, can you check if those images reported have titles?
Yes, they have. These are featured images and I always add title to featured images.
I see. Can you check if there’s an Alt text for the images?
No. I didn’t add alt text for these featured images. Is the empty Alt text causing the issue?
It’s likely causing the issue. Can you try adding alt text?
In any case, alt text is important Seo-wise.
