Getting error's on a site when I switch PHP to any in the 8.X range

Hi everyone, happy new year!
I have been upgrading my sites to PHP 8.X, and all going well with no issues to report until now.
This site is quite old and used the Mantle child theme when it was created (in case that is relevent)
The site still uses Beaver Builder Page Builder.
i have cleared their cache, and all the SiteGround caching, but no change.
I've pasted below the first 3 of the errors, that appear. (domain replaced)

In the Customizer > Colors are there any colors set for the Top Bar ?
:) it must be the gallon of coffee i have drunk lol
Hi David, they all appear to be clear of any entered values - they have that cross-hatch look like transparent !

Do those errors go away if you add a color to them ?
I'll have to try first thing in the morning, late here...
