    Hello,

    I’m Ankur Jeswani, a happy customer of GeneratePress Premium.

    I’ve been using GeneratePress for the last 14 months.

    Now, I want to change the entire look of my website ankurjeswani.com

    But, I’m facing issues in importing a new site from GP Premium Site Library

    It shows “Error 400”

    I need your assistance in moving forward and updating my website.

    I’ve attached a Screenshot from my WordPress dashboard below

    Hi there,

    what hosting company are you using ?

    OK so there are several reasons for this. Can you check the following with your host:

    1. Your site isn’t blocking communication with gpsites.co
    2. Your site doesn’t have caching enabled (at the server or WP level)

    Issue solved!

    I deactivated my caching and WP optimization plugins, and the demo content was imported.
