Getting a Critical Error Message With GenerateBlocks Plugin

Hey - I am getting a critical error on certain pages on my website. I deactivated my plugins one at a time and narrowed it down to the generateblocks plugin. From there I ran an inspect on the page and found that upon loading it received a 500 status code. I do have access to all of the backend and dashboard. Can you please help me get my site up and running? I've been trying to troubleshoot with no success. Thanks.

Thanks for providing that link. I tried several of the things listed on that page including removing everything from the page, creating a test page and post. The error still persists for most pages including the terms and conditions page. I tried once again disabling the generateblocks plugin and while the page does not render correctly, it loads.

Thanks for your reply. I disabled the elements module and it worked! However, my site now looks off as I was relying on several elements. Is there another step I can try to get the elements working properly?

I see. If that’s the case, there might be a specific Element that isn’t working as it should. Do you have Hook Elements?

Can you try testing the occurrence of the issue starting with Hook Elements?

If you have custom code/shortcodes/third party plugins in Block or Header Elements as well, that would be good to test as well.

Kindly let us know how it goes. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

I found that the issue is with the footer element. I'm in the process of trying to get it to function properly.

I got it working! It was an issue with the footer hook element. Thanks for all your help!

You’re welcome Leif! Glad you were able to figure out what’s causing the issue! Feel free to reach out anytime if you’ll need assistance with anything else. :)
