    Fresh WP install.

I went to Appearance -> GeneratePress -> Site Library, selected Head On, and started the process of importing.

When it came to importing content, it successfully installed the 3 plugins and then half way it said “400 error” in red font where the Import button usually is that spins during the import.

I tried going through the steps again but it fails again with 400 error a second time through.

Now I have a broken site that looks awful when rendering the front page. Help?

As a seperate question – should I uninstall the Free GeneratePress theme that I installed prior to buying Premium?

    Hi there,

first off – GeneratePress Free needs to be the active theme. Premium is a plugin that adds to the Theme.

400 errors are a bit vague. Can you check you PHP settings (min. 7.x), memory limit (min: 128meg) and max file upload size with your host.

What is the solution? I have this error too, I use php 7.3.7
So bad experience, not able to load the library sites.
