[Resolved] Get error message when uploading zip file for GP Premium

When uploading the zip file for GP Premium downloaded today (version 2.2.2), I get this message:

Unable to create directory uploads/2023/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I’ve cleared my browser cache, cleared and deactivating caching plugins, and disabled the other plugins one by one. I have version 3.2.4 of the theme.

Let me know if there’s anything else I should try, thank you.

Hi Pat,

That seems like a File Manager setting issue in your FTP.

Can you reach out to your Hosting Provider and show them the error message as well?
