I think you’re using a very old version of PHP which is no longer supported (and is vulnerable to hackers).
Can you contact your host and ask them to upgrade you to PHP 7?
Let me know 🙂May 10, 2019 at 4:41 pm #895792Fermin Perez

Hmm, there must be something else conflicting.
Can you try deactivating your other plugins one by one to check for a conflict?May 10, 2019 at 9:08 pm #895873Austin
Hi Tom Ok I can do this. It only seems to happen intermittently. There doesnt seem to be any malfunction in the actual app that I can see when ordering a productMay 11, 2019 at 1:13 am #895992Austin
I checked out where this was happening in the error logs . It is when a user enters https://www.xxxx.com/wp-admin/ .Deactivating GP premium returns a 404 oops not found page to the user. Activating GP premium returns a ‘this site is experiencing technical difficulties’ and the fatal error is logged in wc-logs. I have deactivated GP premium for now.May 11, 2019 at 9:19 am #896353TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperMay 11, 2019 at 2:06 pm #896543Austin
If I activate GP Premium and go to mysite.com/wp-admin I get an errorMay 11, 2019 at 5:21 pm #896633TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Hmm, I see. And that’s the error you shared earlier? Strange, because the line it’s complaining about doesn’t exist in
Can you try re-installing GP Premium?May 11, 2019 at 5:53 pm #896642Austin
I reinstalled GP premium 1.8.2. I am getting the same error when I activate GP premium.May 11, 2019 at 7:01 pm #896661
