Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
I think you’re using a very old version of PHP which is no longer supported (and is vulnerable to hackers).
Can you contact your host and ask them to upgrade you to PHP 7?
Let me know 🙂

hi Tom using php -v I get
PHP 7.2.16-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 (cli) (built: Mar 7 2019 20:23:29) ( NTS )May 10, 2019 at 8:31 pm #895854Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperWhat version of WooCommerce are you using? Can you make sure it’s the latest?
May 10, 2019 at 8:44 pm #895858Austin
I am using woocommerce version3.6.2
May 10, 2019 at 8:52 pm #895864Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, there must be something else conflicting.
For example, all of our Site Library sites are running WP 5.2 along with WooCommerce 3.6.2:
https://gpsites.co/seller
https://gpsites.co/target
https://gpsites.co/merch
https://gpsites.co/primeCan you try deactivating your other plugins one by one to check for a conflict?

Hi Tom Ok I can do this. It only seems to happen intermittently. There doesnt seem to be any malfunction in the actual app that I can see when ordering a product

Hi Tom.
I checked out where this was happening in the error logs . It is when a user enters https://www.xxxx.com/wp-admin/ .Deactivating GP premium returns a 404 oops not found page to the user. Activating GP premium returns a ‘this site is experiencing technical difficulties’ and the fatal error is logged in wc-logs. I have deactivated GP premium for now.May 11, 2019 at 9:19 am #896353Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperI’m not sure I understand. What happens if you go to yoursite.com/wp-admin with GP Premium activated? An error?
May 11, 2019 at 2:06 pm #896543Austin
If I activate GP Premium and go to mysite.com/wp-admin I get an error

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, I see. And that’s the error you shared earlier? Strange, because the line it’s complaining about doesn’t exist in
wp-admin.Can you try re-installing GP Premium?
May 11, 2019 at 5:53 pm #896642Austin
