Generating a header with a shape

Hi
I have crerated a header - you can see at solocreative.uk
I have used a prebuilt shape at the bottom of the header.
I want to create it to look like the attached
where do I start! I have created to graduation via generate press and added the blue circles as a graphic
any help will be appreciated!

Using custom shape requires the Asset Library feature in GenerateBlocks pro:

Great thank you. One thing I cant work out is how to pout the drop shadow behind the shape, can that be done?
I'm not sure unfortunately - I would assume the shadow needs to be within the SVG shape.
