GeneratePress + Woocommerce + Site Reviews Plugin

I am using GeneratsPress Premium to build a Woocommerce site.
I am trying to install the Site Reviews plugin, using it in conjunction with Site Reviews: Woocommerce Reviews to connect Site Reviews to the native Woocommerce Ratings setting.
Sadly, the two will not integrate.
I have reached out the plugin publisher who has suggested they think this could be a theme issue?
Could you help shed any light please?
Fixed. Needed to copy new template files across from Site Reviews to Child Theme in case anybody else has this issue in the future.
